Where is your store and what are your hours of operation?

Our store is located at 350 Franklin Avenue in Brooklyn’s Bedford–Stuyvesant neighborhood.
We are open Sunday through Wednesday, 12pm - 9pm and Thursday through Saturday, 12pm - 10pm.


Can I place an order for local delivery?

Yes! If your total is more than $20, we offer FREE delivery within this region.
Please note, all customers may be contacted for order verification. We will not be able to deliver your order until we receive a response.


Can I place an order for in-store pick up?

Yes! At checkout, please select “In-Store Pickup” on the shipping method drop down menu.



Shipping & Ordering Information


Do you ship to my state?

Due to strict laws regarding alcohol shipments, we may not be able to ship to your state. When inputting your shipping information, if your state does not appear on the drop down menu, unfortunately we are unable to ship to you.


Do you ship to my country?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship alcohol outside of the United States.


What are your shipping rates?

Our shipping charges are calculated based on weight, destination and delivery method. To view the shipping costs, please sign in to your account and fill your shopping cart with the items you wish to purchase. During the checkout process you will be provided with the shipping options and their prices before you enter any billing or payment information.


How will my order be shipped?

Alcohol shipments will be shipped via UPS and will require an adult signature upon delivery. If an adult over the age of twenty one is not present at the residence, the package will not be delivered. Gift certificates will be mailed via USPS, or emailed to the recipient.


When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed through Bondi Wines & Spirits are expected to ship within three business days, although we make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. If there is an issue with shipping your order, we will contact you by the end of the next business day. All customers may be contacted for order verification. We will not be able to ship your order until we receive a response.


How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

If you would like to make any changes to your order, please call us at (347) 955-4921 or email us at [email protected]. If you are adding an item to your order, please be aware that since we do not save credit card information in our system, we will need to process the additional payment over the phone.

If you wish to remove items from your order, and it has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order and refund the complete amount. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, we will refund your purchase, less two-way shipping fees.


Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to change the shipping address at no extra charge. However, to change the address while the package is in transit, there will be a $13 fee for each package. This is a charge implemented by UPS, not by Bondi Wines & Spirits.

Has my order shipped?

Thank you for placing an order with Bondi Wines & Spirits! You will receive an email from us when your order has been shipped. You can also click the "My Account/Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order status.



How do I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from UPS with your tracking information. If you have any issues tracking your package, please call us at (347) 955-4921 or email us at [email protected].



How do I return an item?

Please contact us before attempting a return. If the product is damaged, or if you suspect the product is spoiled, please do not dispose of it - we may need the product to process your return or refund. If you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a pick up of the item, or issue a refund.



What do I do if there is not an adult over the age of twenty one available to sign for the package?

If there is not an adult present to sign for the package, and three unsuccessful delivery attempts have been made at the recipient's address, the package will be sent back to us. You will be notified when it returns to our facility. If you do not wish to have your package reshipped, we will refund your purchase, less two-way shipping fees. If you want your order reshipped, we will contact you to process the payment for two-way shipping charges.
